1. Provider
The online booking service is provided by DB HOTEL VERONA, AIRPORT, CONGRESS & SPA, with the company name SERVICE CENTER CATULLO SRL, VIA AEROPORTO, 20/C, VAT No. 02485590232, PEC: servicecentercatullo@pec-mail.it, hereinafter referred to as “the Property.”
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract between the User and the Property is deemed finalized and concluded at the moment when the booking system automatically sends a confirmation email to the address provided by the User. The confirmation contains a summary of the purchased services, the stay dates, and the rate details.
The sending of the confirmation authorizes the Property to manage the credit card data as a booking guarantee.
3. Booking Guarantee and Payments
The credit card details provided by the User are retained exclusively as a guarantee for the reservation.
Card verification: The Property reserves the right to verify the validity of the card close to the arrival date through a pre-authorization (temporary hold of funds), either total or partial.
Release of funds: Any amount temporarily held will be released at check-out, subject to verification that the balance has been settled using another method (cash or another card).
4. Cancellation Terms and No-Show
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the following penalties apply:
Late cancellation or No-Show: The total amount of the stay will be charged to the card provided as a guarantee.
Method: Cancellations are considered valid exclusively if received via email at info@dbhotelverona.it.
5. Handling of Complaints
Any complaints regarding the service received must be promptly submitted to the Property Management during the stay in order to allow immediate resolution.
For formal disputes concerning financial transactions or the execution of the contract, the User must send a written communication via certified email (PEC) or registered mail with return receipt within 10 days from the check-out date.
The Property undertakes to respond within 30 days from receipt.
6. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or termination of this contract shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Verona, except where the User acts as a “final consumer” pursuant to the Consumer Code, in which case the competent court shall be that of the User’s place of residence or domicile.
